NEW DESIGN! – UPGRADED WITH NEW CONTROLLER FEATURES
The Jones Varimix is made up of two mixing devices each with its own drive. A vertical axle drives the tri-foil impeller that rotates in the centre of the mixing vessel. A second shaft, which enters the vessel off centre drives a disperser blade. This dual mixing system is well suited for higher viscosity products. The system can be well suited for batch sizes in excess of 1000L. If required a vacuum pump can be attached to the lid to reduce aeration. The tri-foil blade can also be changed to a scraper type impeller to scrape the side walls of the vessel. Lid and tank clamp options available. Unit can be supplied with hydraulic press to press higher viscosity products out of the vessels.
Both mixers have top entry.
