Filling Machine

The Jones semi-automatic filling machine is designed to be used on any liquid which can be pumped. The machine can fill 1l, 5l and 20l pails, with special nozzle adapters this can suit other applications. The principle of the machine is to enter the SG of the product being filled into the machine controller and the volume of the container, then place the container under the filling head, operator pushes start and the machine will automatically fill to the correct volume and stop by the controller. The operator will then move the container under the lid closure where he will place the lid and a pneumatic press will close the lid and then the container is moved down the line for placement on a pallet.
