Batch Ranger Stator-Rotor Mixers
The bottom plate of the extrusion ring or Stator is cross-cut subjecting the product to undulating pressures and preventing product from slipping away from the impeller. The rotating element is a fluid balanced impeller with the blades pitched down creating a wedge of product pressured onto the cross cuts. The top and bottom plates have fluid correcting fins that induce a positive flow pattern within the material, ensuring that the product takes the shortest possible route to and from the mixing head.
