Sound maintenance practice is always prudent and is now mandatory under ISO 9001 – 2015 standards. The need for sound maintenance planning is growing monthly with the grave global shortage of engineering skills. This problem is particularly acute in South Africa, where surging economic growth against a shallow engineering resource base is causing dire bottlenecks.

To assist our clients with a regular maintenance service, we have introduced special Service Level Agreements or SLAs that will provide our clients with regular monthly or bi-monthly maintenance survey visits. We perform a survey of your mixers and execute the basic maintenance requirements at the same time as the surveys.

Jones Industrial Mixers employs a full team of engineers and consultants both permanent and on contract to ensure that the best solutions for mixing applications are provided to our valued clients. This enables us to provide a full engineering capability to our clients.

MIXER SPARES

Jones Industrial Mixers stocks key spares for the most popular machines made by Jones and we are willing to work with you to meet your spares planning requirements.

Our spares are held in Johannesburg, but can be sent by overnight courier, should this be required.

DISPERSER BLADES

Jones DISPERSERS are high performance machines and will achieve good dispersions in typically 20 minutes for most dispersions with the right blade fitted.
