Fixed Or Variable Speed Drives
This Jones disperser is a proven workhorse. It has a belt drive with a fixed speed motor driving the solid shaft. The motor is connected to an electronic frequency inverter, to vary the shaft speed from 0 – 1440 rpm. The shaft and blade are raised and lowered using pneumatic pressure on a hydraulic ram. Different sized blades can be interchanged to suit different batch sizes.
